18ct Gold Handmade Cuban Link Chain – 3.05mm – 60cm

A handmade Cuban link chain in solid 18ct yellow gold, 3.05mm across and 19.72 grams over 60 centimetres. At 750 parts per thousand pure gold, 18ct carries a deeper, warmer yellow than 9ct, and the high polish across the flat link faces shows it plainly as the chain moves.

This is the only 18ct chain in the collection. A refined width that wears well on its own and sits cleanly behind a pendant — and in 18ct, a chain does not need to be wide to read as valuable. Solid gold throughout, not plated and not hollow, finished with a lobster clasp made to the same standard as the chain itself.

At 60 centimetres it sits just below the collarbone on most men, and lower on a slimmer frame.

This chain is made in solid 18ct yellow gold throughout. It is not 9ct, and it is not gold plated or gold filled. 18ct is 750 parts per thousand pure gold against 375 for 9ct, which gives both the richer colour and the greater intrinsic value of the metal — and is why a 19.72 gram chain in 18ct is priced well above a heavier chain in 9ct.
