All Croatian Jewellery pieces are made to order. Please allow up to 12 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Production and shipping are separate. Production takes up to 12 business days. Once your order is complete, it's shipped from Australia — transit time then depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Our pieces are handcrafted in solid 9ct–18ct gold and 925 sterling silver.

Use our Ring Size Guide to convert between AU/UK, US and European sizes, or measure at home using the string or existing-ring method.

Yes — on applicable pendant pages you can choose Pendant Only or Add a Chain. If you add a chain, it's added to your order as a genuine, separate item alongside your pendant.

Select pieces, such as our signet rings, can be customised — for example with an initial. Where customisation is available, you'll see the option directly on the product page.

Yes, complimentary gift packaging is included with every order.

We accept approved returns of unworn, non-personalised jewellery in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns requested within 7 days of delivery, and a 25% fee applies to returns requested between 8–30 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return relates to a product issue we're responsible for.

Custom-made, personalised, engraved, resized, or otherwise specially modified pieces are final sale and not eligible for change-of-mind returns — this doesn't affect any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law if your jewellery is faulty, defective or not as described.
