The pleter — the Croatian interlace — carried the full length of a cross. The strands cross over and under one another without beginning or end, running the upright and the crossbar and meeting at the centre, with each arm closing in a scrolled end.

The braid is raised in relief and cut deep enough to hold shadow between the strands, so the weave reads as interlace rather than flattening into surface texture. The reverse is left plain and polished, and the cross hangs from a tapered polished bail.

Handcrafted in solid 9ct–18ct gold or 925 sterling silver. Every piece is made to order in Australia.

To keep your piece looking its best, avoid contact with perfume, lotion and chlorine, remove before swimming or exercising, and store separately in the included packaging to prevent scratching. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.
